Kevin Sensmeier

Master ASE Service Technician/Owner

Kevin graduated from Ivy Tech State College with an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology. Kevin is ASE Master Certified, Medium and Heavy Duty Truck Certified, and he attends 2-3 transmission rebuild seminars per year to keep up with the latest repair techniques and technology. Kevin has been the shop owner and operator for 17 years. Prior to that, he worked at three other repair shops to gain on-the-job training and experience. Kevin has continued efforts in improving the Do It Right Transmission location. With a total of 8 permanent lifts, and a set of mobile lifts Kevin has continued to grow the business to the needs of his customers. Kevin has purchased equipment and tools to provide repair services to newer model vehicles, in order to continue to offer our customers the best repair services available. Kevin supports a number of local organizations, such as youth sports teams, church activities, police charities and more. In his spare time, he likes to ride bikes, take trips, attend conferences and product shows, work on big equipment and work on rental properties with his wife.

Raymond Holden

Service Manager

Raymond entered the automotive repair industry 2 years ago, by taking the position of Service Manager at Do It Right Transmission. Raymond has a background in management and served as a Law Enforcement Officer. Raymond has taken the initiative to provide excellent customer service to our regular customers, and building relationships with our new customers. Raymond attends training to keep up to date with products we offer and sell to our customers, and keeps up to date on HP Tuners in order to provide customers with quality transmission tuning. In his spare time he enjoys spending time camping with his wife and children.
