Kevin Sensmeier is an Ivy Tech State College graduate with an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology.  He is ASE Master Certified and is Engine Machinists Certified.  He attends 2-3 transmission rebuild seminars per year to keep up with the latest repair techniques.  He has been a shop owner and operator for 9 years.  Prior to that, he worked at three other repair shops to gain on the job training and experience.  Kevin has spent a great deal of effort in the last 2 years improving the Do It Right shop location, doing everything from paving the concrete drive to painting the building to landscaping and more.

Kevin is a Trustee of Tri-State Auto Mission and does repairs for them.  He also donates his time to helping others in need.  He supports a number of local organizations, such as youth sports teams, church activities, and more.

In his spare time, he likes to ride bikes, take trips, attend conferences and product shows, work on big equipment and work on rental properties with his wife.  Kevin and his wife attend Crossroads Christian Church.

Larry Straub is a 1970 graduate of North High School. He graduated from I.T.T. in 1972. He then spent 7 years in the U.S. Army Reserves. Larry is also a local farmer.


Larry has been a dedicated service technician for many years. He especially enjoys doing suspension and air conditioning work. He is ASE Certified in Suspension and Heating & Air Conditioning. Larry also attends local continuing education classes to help him keep up with the latest advances in the field.

Micael Rueckel Jr. was in industial cleaning for 5 years. Since then he has started working at Do It Right Transmission. We are currently training Michael and preparing him for the ASE test. We take pride in developing our employees and training them to do it the right way.

1996 Graduate Of Mount Township High School &. With years of management under his belt, Jeremy Managed a few O'Reilly Auto parts stores before joining our team. With over 500 hours of Parts Training and was O'Reilly Certified Parts Professional. Jeremy led both of his store to Success across the board.  He is now leading us from the front making sure your jobs are completed timely manner, while keeping open lines of communication with you our customers. He is working towards his ASE Parts Certification

 Jeremy is an Active member of Fraternal Order Eagled 4023 (River City Eagles) He & his family enjoy the outdoors, fishing especially along with his 3 boys Sporting Events.  Jeremy & his oldest son also DJ for various events & give back to the community by Donating their DJ Services for various Benefits 

Jeremy comes to Do It Right Transmission with years of management experience under his belt.  He has extensively managed several O’Reilly Auto Parts stores and lead those stores to new successes, has become and O’Reilly Certified Parts Professional and has acquired over 500 hours of parts training before joining our team.  He is now leading us from the front office, working hard to make sure your repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner, all the while keeping open lines of communication with you, our customers.  He is currently working towards his ASE Parts Certification.
